Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, buffet breakfast was great, quite a few options, nice views from the balconies.

The staff was very helpful and friendly always with a smile, always asking what they can do for me, the rooms are clean every morning, the view is amazing from the balcony, breakfast was ok , dinner and lunch 👍, overall a dream place to come well done to the management and staff, a big thank you from me and the family 🇱🇨🌞❤️

Very good location. The only down side was that we needed to go to the hotel for breakfast. Otherwise, wonderful stay. We were a family of 4. Room was clean. Premise was well maintained and had sustained some renovation and was still going under some. Did not affect our stay at all. It was our second time at the Bay Garden and would return
