We had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment we arrived. Everyone was attentive, helpful, and made us feel valued throughout our visit. The service exceeded our expectations, and everything was well organized. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable.
As a small suggestion, it would be great to continue maintaining this high level of service and, if possible, reduce wait times during busy periods. Overall, we are very satisfied and look forward to visiting again.

I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Dubai. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, spacious, and the view of the Burj Khalifa was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. The location is perfect—close to Dubai Mall and many attractions, yet the hotel feels peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices. Every detail of my stay exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip so special. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!

This is a Fantastic hotel and the service staff are exceptional. breakfast is excellent!
It’s walking distance to metro, restaurant and local shops, 5-10 mins from burj and Dubai mall.
