The pool is open the the public so it was extremely crowded making it unable to use. The rooms are clean but tired. I would never book through Expedia again because I paid for a room with a view which I didn't get and the hotel couldn't help rectify it because I booked through a third party. The hotel was completely booked so Expedia couldn't help me. Ultimately it was the fault of Expedia because they promoted the room incorrectly.

Best thing is the view of the harbor. Rooms are adequate although the bathrooms are extremely tight. The staff at the front desk leave a lot to be desired. The people I dealt with should not be client facing. The location is great. Shuttle to downtown is a great perk. Housekeeping staff was wonderful.

The hotel was average . I think the building could use an update. There was large ceiling exposure , maybe due to leak , not sure. Fortunately for me my room’s view was acceptable but my friend’s room looked out to a graveyard of some sort and a junk yard.
I had wished we could have a decent breakfast at the restaurant but it was just for dinner .
Staff was very nice and shuttle was very handy.
I think it was steep price for what the hotel offered .
