We were a family of 5 adults, a 4 year old and a set of 1 1/2 year old twins! 2 Bedroom suite was perfect. Large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (need exhaust fans), and living area was adequate. One family member has celiac so that is why we have to have a kitchen. I asked if we could use a crockpot 3 times before arrival and everytime they said it was fine. The GFI outlet was not attached to the wall completely and when I moved my crockpot across the counter it threw sparks and ruined my crockpot. They fixed the outlet (2 attempts needed as first time they left loose). My husband asked about my $80 crockpot and they said since I booked thru Expedia I had to processes thru them.
The Breakfast crew tried their hardest to keep up and switch things up daily - sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, french toast were rotated. Fruit, cereal and waffles were their everyday. It was a nice breakfast!
The Cleaning staff gave me towels everyday and any thing else I asked for.
Nice pool and great hot tub until the night after it was filled with adults and then it was BAD!!
Halls ok - staircase - need to be cleaned!!
I would have given a better rating except the last night of our stay we lost A/C! I called down to the front desk they said they would call the manager and after an hour of waiting I went down and they said there was nothing they could do. They did give me 2 fans but we reached 78 degrees before we started the fans so it took a bit. they never offered anything for the loss either

The staff were super nice and helpful. We had a problem first night there with room we booked not available. They were upgrading lock systems in hotel. They called shared of time and gave me options. Made things right. The rest of the stay couldn’t have been any better. Staff cleaned our room daily and did a good job. The breakfast bar was very good and much better than usual continental breakfasts at hotels. Mon-wed they have a dinner also but we never were present to try it out. The hotel is in a great location for access to shopping etc. the back of the hotel has some nice trails you can go walk on with a little stream flowing through. Not sure if I was trespassing on someone else’s property or not but I don’t think so. Will gladly stay again when staying in Colorado Springs.
