The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The check in staff was great, same with check out the next morning.
I was not very happy with the breakfast person as we got there at 6:59am and went to get something as we needed to get on the road. She was not happy we tried to get some food and told us they are not open yet. She clearly was not happy.
Finally she went to tahr back but nevrr came back out so we then figured it was ok to go ahead.
A little friendliness goes a long way!!

The reception and breakfast staff were great. Breakfast was slightly better than usual fare (2 cereals, apples, bananas, 2 juices, waffle maker, yoghurt and grits, sausage links, scrambled eggs, and biscuits offered. The room was clean and tidy. Location was good for Bristol and surroundings. Pool was closed due to end of season. Would go back.
