Our room was modern and clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. Parking was secure and on the premises.
The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly, but was corrected quickly.
The back door from the parking lot you need your key card to enter, but when we came back after dark it wasn’t locked.
All and all a nice stay and would stay again.

We stayed here because our daughter was in Magee with pregnancy complications and she was to be induced on a certain date so we came and stayed for a few days so we didn't have to drive an hour a way every day. We unfortunately had to check out sooner and rushed packing due to an emergency with our daughter which thankfully all was well with baby and mom, but we figured out a day later we left important items in one of the drawers. The staff was very helpful and was able to get our belongings and notify us that they were at the front desk. But overall the staff were all friendly and helpful. We were struggling with getting the door open from the parking lot with our luggage and staff member saw and came and held the doors for us. The only thing, if you like firm pillows bring your own because the pillows look good until you lay on them and then you sink to the bed. Only complaint...pillows.

We ended up getting the king suite and it was the most comfortable bed we’ve stayed at in our travels. The breakfast was very good. My fiancé was in love with that, they had lots of options. Also being in Pittsburgh, they had parking in the back, so that was also nice.
