The front desk personnel were friendly and able to answer all questions during the check-in and check-out process. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise with the walk-in shower (Room 142) and everything worked. Plenty of towels and hot water. Blackout curtains had complete coverage. We were travelling with American Cruise Lines and we checked in a day early. Mentioned that to the front desk and we did not have to move to a new room for the second day. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Food for purchase in the market was plentiful and reasonably priced. Hotel pickup at the airport was fast (<15 minutes). Would definitely stay here again if in the Spokane area.

Green office seat in room was found to be dirty. Had only two napkins and top sheets were found to have stains. Rest of bed found to be acceptable.
Really loved the tv welcoming sign.
