We really liked the lodge as it felt much more private than the hotel but with all the amenities available.
Gym small but with all equipment working.
Pool clean and a pretty good size.
Food excellent.
All staff friendly and helpful.

Overall nice and clean. The superior family lodge is over two floors. Staff nice and polite and personal parking space. There are three pod point EV chargers in the parking which is an advantage but sometimes all occupied.
The slight issue was the heat. You wouldn't usually expect too much heat in Snowdon but given there was the heatwave going, the top floor where the bedrooms were, it was difficult to sleep there. They provided fans but still it was hot. Plus the fan wont throw air to the one sleeping on the bunk bed . For paying over £1100 for 3 nights, having no aircon is a bit of a shame. The hotel itself isn't worth that much price but its more the location you pay for.
You have to book for a table for breakfast which is odd and then there are some generic things available to eat and you order the rest. There aren't many options but enough to have reasonable breakfast.
Overall, nice but I might book somewhere cheaper if I came to Snowdon again.
