The staff was wonderful the place was clean. Alittle mix up at first with checking in. They didn’t have my room ready. But they took care of that right away. All and all a great experience

Great staff (especially Samuel and Ricardo at the pool bar) Elias (server at Albatross) and Roberto was always making sure we had everything we needed. The place was always clean, the food was great .. June isn’t the best time with the sargassum on the beach, but other than that, it was a great trip.
