This place has always been my home away from home when I visit Whistler. Just a heads up though that their checkout times are early at 10 AM and they charge you $30 an hour for any extra checkout. That seems a little rushed to me and I kind of wish they would relax that a little bit, especially when things aren't booked up.

Like :
1. proximity to the Whistler Village.
2. The air conditioning system was great
3. the front desk staff were very helpful
Did not like:
1. There was no wash room for guests use while waiting to check in in the lobby.
2. the no-stick pan was worn out and did not work
3. The microwave in rm 211 did not work

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel and Whistler are fantastic. The staff were very helpful. Hit it off with Beny. Nice guy. Had a problem with the TV (someone had disconnected the internet to hook up their computer) Beny was up within 5 minutes and had it up and running.
The hotel sits central to the town site. Great for getting around in summer but would require a short walk (150M) to the lifts during ski season.
