It was our first trip to Seville and we booked the room from Expedia. We are a family of 4, booked 2 connected rooms as a family suite. Rooms are well maintained, very clean. Staff are helpful. Onsite parking charges 25 Euros per night is a little bit of pricy. The automatic lights on/off in aisle are a bit of overdone, so is the automatic light in closet. It turned on at middle of night when I get up for bathroom.

Only thing I missed was my early morning coffee.
There was no coffee maker and I felt it.

Great location. Great staff. The buffet breakfast was good and plenty of choices.

A gorgeous, new hotel that felt luxurious and was perfectly placed close to the metro and tram. Would definitely stay again.
