The one thing I wish I had been more careful to consider was the lack of air conditioning in the unit, but that is a Paris thing and out of the control of this exceptional property. Great location and fantastic space. Strong recommend.

The property was beautiful and the sheets, towels shower etc of excellent quality. The ownets were only available by Whatsapp but were quick to respond to our questions.
I was disappointed that the room was not serviced at all during our stay. I hadn't been clear about this when we booked.

Nice studio and great location. However, beware that there is no AC. So it is not a great option for the summer in Paris. The staff was cordial but not helpful. My flight was arriving at 8 am from the US, and they didn’t prioritize cleaning so I could check in a little bit earlier like any hotels would do or even Airbnb sometimes.
I ve told them early in that I would need to leave a couple days earlier and checked if they could change my booking and try to get another guest. They had zero flexibility for that as well, didn’t even try.
It would be an amazing place with a better customer service. I will not come back personally.
