The staff was amazingly helpful! So kind. I took my daughter here for her 21st bday and she loved it. It’s very laid back not too wild of a party atmosphere but it was really good.
The food was great. We had a blast.
Lifeguard made me daughter feels safe and actually provided a life jacket to reassure her safety. Hotel manager made sure to get room decorated for her bday. Everything was on point. Thank you hm alma!

The room was awesome. The views were great. Liked the snorkeling. But the beach was not at the property, you needed the free shuttle to get to it. But that was easy to use and very punctual. The food was buffet food. So not my favorite. But you could go to their restaurant which was nice.
