Everything was great except the room A/C was not getting cold enough. We asked the front desk to check it out and they said it was the best they could do. Aside from that hotel is clean and conveniently located.

The room although small was perfectly adequate and comfortable for 1 night. Quite a warm room but didn’t mess with the AC. Bathroom/shower was good. Breakfast room was small with a decent choice including hot food. Reception staff were friendly and efficient helping with online checkin. I would stay again, lovely location 4 mins walk from Gloucester tube station.

Exceeded expectations for a fairly budget hotel. Good shower, air con and bed. We didn’t have breakfast. Room was clean and staff super helpful. We left an item in the room and they were very responsive in dealing with us. Good enough location, would stay again.
