I was having great difficulty in reaching the hotel due to many closed streets ( music festival). I called the hotel and Sarah guided me through the congestion, staying on the phone with me until I was parked in front of the hotel. What an angel! All staff members were helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the lovely picnic breakfasts in our room. I booked because of the location, but would return because of the staff.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was optimal for walking to everything that we wanted to see in the city, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the building and rooms were clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.
