Lovely and charming little hotel, almost like a B&B. Rooms were small, but very well maintained and cleaned each day. Breakfast was fantastic! Choose from continental or a full cooked to order Irish breakfast every day. Waitstaff was so pleasant and helpful. Great start to each morning! It was super hot when we were there and no A/C (like most places there), but nothing the hotel could control.
Also really good location to explore the city. Super close to the river and downtown, and everything was super walkable. A few pubs and grocery stores very close by.

Everything was fabulous! Our room (at the front in the older part of the building) was beautiful. Large, high ceilings, lots of period features, beautifully decorated and maintained. The reception staff (Sebastian I think) was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too.
Quiet area and just a short walk to the portal, O Connell street and Ha’penny bridge. Highly recommend.
