The hotel is pristine. The staff wonderful: What was most disappointing was that not all services are included (the sauna, cold plunge and sound baths are all $$$$). Only yoga.
Not even coffee is included, so every morning you’re paying $20 per coffee if you want more than 1 shot of espresso from your room.
Be prepared to spent a pretty penny if you are staying here.

Beautiful quiet resort. Expedia only shows one option when booking, and apparently breakfast is not included. À la carte menu is good, but just heads up.

A particularly lovely hotel. It’s difficult to think of a single flaw. The staff were incredibly helpful, facilities fantastic, and we had such a relaxing stay.

I had to argue with the hotel over the pet fee.
According to the pet policy at the time of my booking, it stated:
“Pets allowed for an extra charge of USD $20 per accommodation, per night.”
However, when I checked in, the hotel tried to charge me USD $20 per pet, per night instead. It was only after I told them I would contact American Express to dispute the charge that they agreed to honor the pet policy as it was advertised.
I noticed the hotel has since updated its policy to USD $50 per pet, per night, which suggests they recognized the original wording was different from what they were attempting to charge.
