Highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to visit NYC that does not want to stay in NYC. The hotel sets directly behind the ferry that takes you to Midtown. The accommodations were first class. Everything was clean and modern. The front desk staff was top notch and the breakfast was delicious. There was a parking garage at the entrance of the hotel and was a very reasonable $22 per day for parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Best location, easy access to NYC, BEST STAFF.

The area in where this is located is great for walking and enjoying the port that was located across the street. The parking was a charge of $22 per day, which is "cheaper" than parking in Midtown in NY. The Midtown skyline was great at night. I also loved the Rooftop lounge that was roomy and chill vibe. It was amazing at night with the skyline view. The breakfast was also more impressive selection. The attentiveness of the attendant was great to ensure that things were fulfilled frequently and the area to be kept cleaned. The gym although limited in equipment options because of size, it was updated, clean and still enough space for floor exercises.
It was great overall.

Great stay. My new go to hotel when visiting NYC. Proximity to Ferry was fantastic. The free daily breakfast was awesome. Room was large and clean. Staff extremely helpful.
