My reasoning for giving this Hotel a 4 overall is because the AC was broken. Maintenance was sent to fix it but the AC went out again. I couldn't get moved to another room because they were fully booked. I did get compensated for my for the inconvenience when I checked out.

Clean room except I asked for the refrigerator to be swapped due to iced over and not working properly and it was never changed.

The hotel is a convenient location for both shopping and dining and the room were clean and the staff was friendly and professional.
