This was a wonderful experience. The hotel is near the train station, so it was easy to get to from the airport via train, and easy to take other public transportation. Restaurants and shopping were nearby, as was the tram to many museums.
The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived after being awake all night on our flight, and were absolute zombies by 1 pm. The wonderful lady at the desk found us an excellent room that was ready, even though we were early. So grateful!
The room, while not huge, was definitely adequate for 2 people with a medium bag and carry-on each. It was clean and so very quiet. We were on the courtyard side, and heard nothing, not from outside or from other rooms. Hot water was available without problems, and our room did have air conditioning (the window wasn't supposed to open).

Great hotel. Very cute and well-designed room, even for a solo traveler (single rooms often feel like afterthoughts).
