Stayed here twice. The first time, one night, the airco stopped working at night. The staff was very helpful and at least brought me a fan after they weren’t able to fix it and technician would be next day. In the morning had a 5 or so power outages and then suddenly the airco worked again.
My second stay, I had a party room next door which prevented me from sleeping. After reporting to reception it was better. Reception staff is friendly. There is fridge in room. I missed having a kettle in room.
