Very nice hotel. Pleasant staff. Good location. Excellent pools and good for kids.
Food pretty average but you have great restaurants next door, so not a huge drawback.
Frustrations were:
- no iron in the room and took 2 hours to get one. This is not acceptable in today’s day and age. Just put an iron in every room!!
- gym closed at 6:45pm. This is completely inexcusable. You come home from your day out and you can’t use the gym. That’s nuts.

The staff were outstanding. So helpful. Katerina at the pool helped my wife when she slipped. We thank her for being so kind. Reception was great. The parking gues were so helpful. A very nice experience.
