The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was nice. Pricing was similar to other similar sized rooms in town. There's an h&h bagel store right next door which was very convenient for breakfast. The hotel does have breakfast available, but I was told by other guests that it seemed to overpriced so I never tried it. Pretty decent gem in the basement. The only downsides I saw were pretty minor; none of the ice machines on any floor that I tried worked, the common area in the lobby is small and not as functional as other places we've stayed, and there is a nightclub on the top floor, so the lobby area can get kind of crowded evenings with non Hotel guests lined up waiting for the elevator.
