All was good except the pool was down. The pool was down. The pool person never came to fix while we were there. The breakfast was good ,

Our room was very clean and had all the necessary items from shampoo, conditioner to coffee.
The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had.
Breakfast was great with anything from eggs, sausage, gravy to pancakes and hot cinnamon rolls.
The cost was very reasonable also.
We will definitely be staying at Holiday Inn at Concord, NC when we come back down.
Thank you.

Easy check in. Parking in premises with no extra charge. Friendly staff. Only down side was a loud toilet. Otherwise, the stay was great
