Our stay at the NH Collection Madrid Abascal was outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. Although we experienced an issue with our original room, the team handled it promptly and professionally by upgrading us, which made a huge difference. Their excellent customer service turned what could have been a negative experience into an even better stay.
A special thank you to Javier in the restaurant, who provided exceptional service and was always friendly and attentive. We’d also like to recognize Juan Carlos and Alvaro at the front desk for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help throughout our visit.
The hotel is in a great location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid!
