Wonderful stay, very clean and had everything we needed

The hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. The floors were not carpeted which is different from most hotels. There wasn't an operational blackout screen for the window in the living room so the room was very bright early in the morning for our friend on the pull out sofa.
The continental breakfast was very typical for most hotels but lacked a bit of the usual variety. A single toaster that was not the best I've ever seen for a hotel. The lids on the the induction heated pans were rather heavy and I watched several people have trouble lifting them just to see what was in the pan. A clear lid would be much more useful.

Clean hotel and room. Staff were very helpful and very kind. Arrived to our room and toiletries were empty, so had to go to the front desk for new bottles. AC kept kicking off and on throughout the night and didn’t run consistently even though it was not on auto mode. Room was not very sound resistant and we unfortunately had very loud neighbors. Aside from that it was a great quick stay.

My room was spacious functioning safe and clean. The staff were so nice . Check in and out were super quick and easy. Parking is not available at the hotel, but very close for a small fee. I'd stay there again if I needed to visit Albany
