Members of the staff are all very helpful and friendly. They really are a very attentive, professional team.
Although housekeeping and maintenance seems to do an adequate job, the building is showing wear — updates are needed in a number of areas. And I have heard it mentioned that renovations will be underway shortly.

The room was clean but had to call the front desk to get more towels and wash cloth

The lady at the front desk was super friendly and cordial. The room was so big and the bed super comfortable. Would stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable. It was next to the outside dumpster, and we did get briefly woken by trash being taken out or moved around 6 am, but it wasn't a big deal. Yes, we had to pay for breakfast, but it was far more delicious than any free continental breakfast would be. The biggest takeaway about this hotel is how wonderful all the staff are. Sadly her name has slipped my mind, but the lady at the front desk was an absolute star, dealing with issues almost before we even mentioned them. (Not issues with the hotel itself. There were some very rowdy children in the room above us.) The people at the Bistro were super friendly as well. The staff seem to really like each other, which just adds to a lovely sense of community. Thank you for everything!
