Room was great.

The room I was initially assigned at check-in was right next to the elevator equipment and was extremely noisy. It was not a room where I felt I could get a good night’s sleep.
I went back to the front desk because I didn’t think I could tolerate the noise. Fortunately, a different female staff member was there and understood my concern. She kindly moved me to a different room, which I really appreciated. The new room was much quieter, and the rest of my stay was very comfortable.
However, I think guests should be informed at the time of booking if a room is located next to noisy elevator equipment. This would allow guests to make an informed choice when booking. I was very grateful to the staff member who understood my concern and helped resolve the issue.
