Everything was amazing. The egg smell from the faucet was a concern. The courtesy Escalade or golf cart were awesome. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, beautiful decor. Great location. Downside, the housekeeping team did a terrible job of serviceing our room, the floors were not swept and and shower and surface tops were not cleaned. Seems like only the bed was made, towels replaced and toilet cleaned.

The Studio Suites with the view of the Camelback Mountains is impeccable!!! The downside is it near the pool and veranda bar which can be a bit noisy. The captivating view cause you to disregard. By 10p or 11p, it is quiet. The hotel is adjacent to Fashion Square to shop. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness of the facility 10/10.

We absolutely loved our stay! The vibe was incredible from the moment we walked in. We were so impressed by the thoughtful touches like the complimentary water at the front desk, the efficient valet service, and the helpful concierge. Every aspect of the hotel was perfect—from the stunning rooftop pool and well-equipped gym to the music and social atmosphere in the lobby. The aesthetic was beautiful, the location was ideal, and the rooms were truly gorgeous with exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We honestly loved everything about our experience and can’t wait to return again and again!
