Great breakfast - really good. Had pancakes and a very unique pancake maker (automated). Fresh fruit and fresh bakery with excellent coffee available in the breakfast area and the lobby off reception. Staff were amazingly helpful and tolerant of me asking for directions in my high school French (which I did want to use) - and they were able to create a map for me to walk to the convention centre that was perfect as well as find other shops around the hotel I was looking for : A plus!
The only concern was the shower head holder in my room did not stay on the shower wall, it was broken prior to my checking into the room and I reported it but it wasn't too much of a concern and I liked the room so much I didn't want to switch. The shower still had amazing pressure and perfect temperature but had to be hand held.
