We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The location and shuttle made getting to Disneyland easy. Our kids loved the pool, especially that the hotel provided pool toys and a football to play with. We would definitely stay here again!

Our room as spacious and clean. Many little issues that were never addressed despite asking the front desk multiple times. Broken sink plug, toilet seat was loose, no dishwasher tablets. We got tired of asking even though we gave them the whole next day to address these little issues as we were at the theme parks all day. Nothing fixed!!! Very little in the way of utensils and pots for cooking. Had to ask again. The hot tub was quite scuzzy. The breakfast was underwhelming, sausages were grey (they looked boiled), scrambled eggs were tasteless, the muffins were clearly baked 6 weeks ago in New York (dry and tasteless). Maybe it’s just the way American food is but it was NOT a good breakfast. Looking forward to going home to good old Canadian food.
