The staff did a very nice job of working around the many deficiencies of this property which was slated for common area renovation a few days after my departure. They were very polite, professional and accommodating to the best of their abilities. As a dog friendly property, we appreciated the private dog area which could also use some upgrading to avoid tracking the dirt into the common areas.
Our bed was very comfortable, the A/C worked fine, and the room was clean except for the flooring. The carpet is very old and worn, and dirty although not smelly. My dog did not mind but I did not appreciate having to pay the $75 pet fee plus $5 per night which the staff said they could not refund. Beware and negotiate that out up front until renovated.
