There was no one at the desk most of the time, It is an AI screen with someone on it when you come in which is an issue for security. You do not need you card to get in and anyone can come in and just go thru the building. Otherwise it is clean but minimal which is fine.

The room was clean and basic. The covers and towels were very thin. While I was there the elevator broke down, but luckily I was only on the 2nd floor. The hallways had a weird smell. Staff is friendly. Property looks like they may be doing some reservations. Overall stay was good and no bugs.
