Family vacation with two kids under 10. Location was great, service was excellent, and the room had more space than we expected. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I liked the centralized location of the Hilton Times Square hotel.
The biggest thing I did not like about the room is the barn door style bathroom door.
I spent time researching hotels prior to booking, and although the information isn't always definitive, I thought Hilton Times Square used normal doors that close and lock.
The hotel is within easy walking distance from a few subway entrances and all of the Broadway shows that I saw during my stay.
Target is right across the street with a crosswalk and traffic signal to make it safe and easy to get to.
Dave & Buster's and Applebees are next door, which makes late night dining pretty convenient.
The only thing that makes me consider not returning to this hotel are those barn doors.
