I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Raleigh North Hills for two nights and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made me feel right at home.
My room was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. I was also impressed with the fitness center, which was both well equipped and extremely clean. Small touches throughout the hotel made my stay even more enjoyable, including the complimentary coffee available each morning on both the seventh floor and in the lobby.
I appreciated the convenient access to ice and filtered water stations on my floor, as well as in the gym. The rooftop offers beautiful views and is a great place to relax. I also felt very secure knowing that room key access was required to reach guest floors.
Overall, this hotel combines cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Raleigh.
