Fantastic location! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Very walkable. Great, responsive host. We had a problem with the door, but they sent a handyman to fix it right away. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is very small and has no airconditioning but the main bedroom is great. It was nice having a kitchen too. And the host welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was very nice. Would definately stay again next time we're in Florence.

Outstanding location near Ponte Vecchio in Oltrarno. Wine window at restaurant next door and lots of great restaurants nearby. Walking distance to everything that makes Florence wonderful. It’s above a place where people take cooking classes, so it gets a little loud mid-day, but it’s quiet by bed time. It’s an apartment and not a hotel, so don’t expect a front desk with hotel service.

There was bugs in one of the beds.shower was not that clean. And had to throw away my own garbage

The room itself was fine. There is no elevator so we had to drag our luggage up the dark stair well. Apparently, there is a cooking school next door that gets quite loud when there are groups of people inside making pasta. They have no one at the facility so they can’t store your luggage. Just a few things we wish we knew before we got there.
