Excellent experience. Will definately return. Just began planning a wedding on the coast & will use this facility for myself and for family in near future. Would love to book all four units for a bigger getaway.

At first glance the look of the cabin was very cute. Now past the looks, the cleanliness was ABSOLUTELY 💯 % TERRIBLE!! I was so disappointed to walk into a weird odor. Then to see how dirty the floors were. Then onto food particles and dog or cat hair on the bed and the floors. I was shocked to see this beautiful place be cared for so poorly. My initial cabin was 4. The green love seat was completely stained and the rug covered in pet hairs. I immediately discovered this was not a place for me. I called Ms. Nikki, and she was awesome. She gave me another cabin, but sadly to say, it was not much better. I took pictures and videos of the 2 cabins. Nikki apologized and checked me out of the room not even 30 mins after my arrival. Needless to say, this was my first and LAST time booking the beatnik! I didn't receive texts from them so I'll be calling to inquire about a refund, and to send the pictures I took. It's simply not acceptable, period. Oh yeah, I was told pets weren't allowed, but I know some guests will break rules, it's natural.
