Wish there was a microwave in the room but 24/7 snack bar provided that service for me. Food could’ve been better.

This was our first time visiting this place. Hotel is outdated and definitely needs renovation. Beach is extremely small . We mostly spend time on the beach not on the pool so it was a big disappointment on day one . Food is 2 out of 10 . Especially the buffet is terrible and doesn’t have air conditioning.I personally think they are making a big deal having security people all over the resort, they have been watching you where ever you go and what ever you do. We also had issues with A/C . Room was outdated and A/C didn’t work properly. All my clothes were wet because of how humid it was inside. On the second day I talked to the guest service manager and she was just amazing. Her name was Monica and I’m sending her a shout out because she was so nice and helpful! In a case you are staying here and having any kind of issues, ask for her, she will help you. Any how, long story short; we will be definitely back to Cancun but never again stay at this hotel . Spend some couple hundred dollars more and stay at some other hotel.
