Great room and staff great including changing out feathers for an alternative in the duvet and pillows

The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
Breakfast was delicious and the food options were abundant and well sourced. We had an afternoon tea which was delicious and good value for money.
Unfortunately we stayed during another heatwave, the only negative about the whole stay was the heat in the room, a fan was provided but the window was secured and could only be opened a little. There were rooms (lounges, bars) downstairs which were cooler and plenty of loungers and seating outside which were well maintained.
A very friendly and comfortable stay and would definitely book again.
