I had an excellent stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott London, Ontario. From the moment I booked, the customer service was outstanding.
A special thank you to Jose at the front desk, who patiently answered all my questions, made the booking process easy, and provided exceptional service. When we arrived, Jose and the entire front desk team were just as welcoming, friendly, and professional. Every staff member we encountered made us feel valued.
The complimentary breakfast was another highlight. It was a full hot breakfast with plenty of delicious options, not just a typical continental breakfast. After spending long days and late nights at the Rock the Park concert, it was the perfect way to start each morning.
I’d also like to recognize the two wonderful ladies working the breakfast area. They greeted everyone with warm smiles, were so kind and helpful, and created such a welcoming atmosphere.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the exceptional staff made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Clean room , fabulous staff - front desk and breakfast were the only one we interacted with.. outside was a little sketchy with the convenient store and several smokers outside. They looked homeless! But we loved the security of the parking deck and the setup of the hotel itself. Very clean and modern
