What a quaint and cute cottage. Loved the room and freshly ground coffee! It's a ROKU TV, so have your passwords ready, but all was great! Would have been nice to have a couple of breakfast items.
Otherwise, enjoy! Beautiful view!

It was lovely to be just 2 miles from Mendocino, with views of the Ocean and having a full cottage with kitchen and dining table. Fairly rustic, not luxury in any means but great value for the price. Careful, the Rose Garden cottage is not a 2 bedrooms cottage. It can sleep 4 but the entire space is open (bedroom has no door) and has large opening to the living room where the sofabed is for the other 2 guests.

Cute place. The room was comfy but not fancy. The main issue what the terrible and unstable wifi connection, the signal was really bad in our room and even though the signal didn't drop I think that the internet uplink did.

We stayed in the heather cottage. It was comfortable and clean. Whenever we had questions, the staff on duty were kind, friendly, and immediately responsive. It was a great location with quick access to Van Damme beach and an easy drive into Mendo.
The property no longer has a lounge or hot tub, so there weren’t any amenities to evaluate. But basics like coffee, hair dryer were fine.
