The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the accommodations were impeccably maintained. However, we recommend addressing several areas for improvement, including trim repairs, paint touch-ups, and drywall repairs. Additionally, we suggest the replacement of specific sections of wallpaper. The VIP service was excellent. Overall, we were highly satisfied with the service, and the staff consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to assisting guests. We anticipate a return visit in approximately one week.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. From staff to rooms to taxi drivers, everything is always awesome. We stay here about 1-2 times a year.
