All very good, but here are some observations. Not well advertised is a daily parking fee, but for Bonvoy club members and/or Mayo Clinic patients it seems to be often waived. Just be aware that the fee does exist.
At multiple visits over a few months it was noted that the very good cleaning/sanitizing mopping of the floor immediately adjacent to the breakfast eating area started about 1/2 to one hour before breakfast service was over, sending a strong industrial chemical odor wafting over the last half hour or so of breakfast eaters, not conducive to enjoying a hearty breakfast...Just poor scheduling of the task I believe.
By the way, the breakfast is very good as are the ones overseeing the eating area.

I was very impressed with your staff, Charles in particular. He was so helpful with everything. Also, I so appreciated the dog area you had outside! It was a large real grassy area and had waste bags. And was clean!
You made my trip less stressful with all the help from Charles and making my pup happy!
