Nice area but it is time for the Hotel to update the room specifically. I expectations of staying at a previous Avani were high because they were clean and updated but this hotel needs to remodel the room or maybe just the room I was in

We had an excellent stay in the hotel. We would like to thank all the staff including those at the front desk, the spa, The Avani Club and person making up the room. They provided extremely good service. We would definitely stay in the same hotel in our next visit.
