We had a reservation at another hotel, and were extremely dissatisfied and luckily were able to get a full refund upon check in. We got super lucky that this hotel had one room left, to accommodate our last second change on a Friday evening. Nothing disappointing about this place, friendly staff, perfect location for DT Portland night life, and Valet services made it an easy stay and go as needed. So happy the outcome turned out so well, and we will keep this hotel on our future stays when in Portland.

We had a great experience with the Hyatt Centric in downtown Portland, OR!
The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The only suggestion we have is that it would be nice to have a safety bar inside the nice big shower.
The staff was wonderful. I got to know Ari as I was trying to work out some issues with some changes I wanted to make to my reservation. She was so helpful over the phone and when we checked in, we were able to meet her in person! What a wonderful, kind, awesome lady she is!! Thank you!
