The manager at Extended Stay America – Portland East is truly one of the most caring and compassionate people I've ever met. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like we genuinely mattered—not just as guests, but as people. She goes above and beyond every single day for both her staff and everyone staying at the hotel.
You can tell she leads with kindness, patience, and a heart for helping others. No matter how busy she is, she takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure people are taken care of. That kind of dedication is rare these days.
Because of her, staying here was such a positive experience. She creates an atmosphere where you feel welcome, safe, and appreciated. It's managers like her who make all the difference, and she's a wonderful example of what true customer service should be.
Thank you for everything you do. Your hard work, compassion, and genuine care do not go unnoticed. You are an incredible asset to Extended Stay America, and I hope you receive the recognition you truly deserve.

The manager at this property has to be the most nicest, understanding and supportive person I've ever seen. The way she interacted with the guests and her staff was amazing. Her staff are more like family as well as the guests. I would stay here again just to talk to her again.

This was a FINE place to stay. It was clean and felt safe. But the "breakfast" sucked, seemed like there were a lot
