I was trying to arrange for an ADA room ahead of time before leaving Tampa to Ft Lauderdale. I was directed to a method to Text the host/owner who returned my text but not with an answer, just a courteous response saying nothing. Upon arrival the on site staff did their best to accommodate us but no ADA room. Therefore my friend was unable to shower as it could have been. Older buildingthst needs improved remodeling

Have stayed here a couple of times before, the hotel is good, great location and staff are very helpful, even carried my case up the stairs as had a bad shoulder. Unfortunately it was other inconsiderate guests that spoilt the stay when they were banging on my door around 1.30am, gave me quite a start, they had the wrong room clearly. Hotel can’t be responsible for such people, it’s a good hotel.

5 / 10

Clean room, friendly and accommodating staff. Great communication. Location is perfect.

The place needs to update. But the service was very good. They were very polite. I sugest to review the rules of the hotel. In our stay there were a group of guest that were smoking weed to much. The odor got trouhg our doors and it was discusting. Remember that not all guest smoke... My recomendation is to update the rules of the place and a little bit of love for the mantaince of the place.
