This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. This was my third stay, and I will definitely keep coming back.
The ocean-view rooms are spectacular, and every detail of the property feels elegant and luxurious.
I traveled with my daughter to celebrate her birthday, and the staff made her feel incredibly special. They treated her with so much kindness and warmth throughout our stay, making it a truly unforgettable experience.
A special thank you to the amazing teams at VOS Restaurant, Alera, SeaCat, and the Front Desk for their outstanding hospitality. We especially appreciated Nayeli, Farid, Jose, Ramses, Karla, Jocelyn, Sheyla, Dinia, Dania, Andrea, Giovanna, Belkis, Christie, Christopher, Dennis, and Jordan for always going above and beyond.
The breakfast at Alera was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every day.
Every member of the team works incredibly hard and always has a smile on their face. They truly make you feel at home.
We can’t wait to come back for our fourth visit!
