The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I need to extend my room for an extra night and they took care of it for me with no problem. Great breakfast, great rooms and great staff overall definitely will be staying here again. Not to mention any and everything you need is with in 5mins

Staff need to be more assertive while facing an incident with a possible fire.
There were not enough staff members at night to support customers during the emergency.
Nee to be more proactive and clear.

Very calm and quiet location, which was also safe for me as a solo traveler. My room was clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was free! Price was also incredibly low and I had absolutely zero issues during my stay at this place, so I’ll definitely stay again whenever I’m back in Austin!
