The facility and our room was very clean.
The staff at the breakfast bar were exceptionally polite, friendly and kind. Checkout was fast and without a problem. I will definitely use Courtyard again.

The room was clean and very spacious for our needs. Everything worked as it should and the beds were comfortable. Check in was easy and it was very convenient to the location where we were going. I'd give this a 5 if it weren't for the breakfast. It was absolutely disgusting. They feature a "Bistro" that serves breakfast and dinner. It was supposed to be made to order, but I think that meant remove it from the wrapper and put it in the microwave. You have to pay for coffee (unlike at most hotels these days) and what I got was at the very bottom of the pot. It was lukewarm at best. We paid $36 for this breakfast and pitched most of it in the garbage. If you are staying here, be sure to plan ahead for breakfast as you will be most disappointed in what they are offering. We would have been better off Door Dashing McDonald's. I will be making another trip to Indianapolis and I will keep this in mind for my next trip.

While there was an odd smell from the cleaning products that were used in the rooms, overall we had an enjoyable stay -- mostly due to the wonderful staff who went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond.
